Are you use a some special toner for HP cf217a and HP cf30a or you use universal toner for all HP cartridges? I ask becouse I have a problem with refiling HP cf217a with universal HP toner and black background on test page.

We use a specific toner for each product we offer. There is no such thing as universal toner since every printer series requires a different toner formulation.

The HP 19A is the number of the drum unit. The cartridge in your printer would be the 17A, and this is the part that holds the toner powder.
