This works on older printers. A newer model I have, uses cartridges that read a computer chip or something that needs to be reset inorder to function. I bought refillable cartridges, but their measurements were slightly too big and messed up the printer. Be sure to cover the holes after. While working in a large corporation when refilling these cartridges began, a few appeared to blow up in the printers because employees did not cover the ports that were filled and did not wait for the sponge inside the cartridges to absorb the ink. I watched this video to refamiliarize myself with the process.

Thanks so much and I hope it works my old 4500 series they used to refill at the Ace hardware, I've printed out a lot of stuff this month costing me around a hundred and 60? Maybe more I use the 65 and opened the color ink from Walmart and it's 63, and I know since I opened the foil that Walmart won't take it back! It looks exactly like the 65 and the little dot's I assume are some code that only the printer recognizes but it didn't except the 63 and the color is so expensive especially the XL I should have looked at the foil before I opened it but I probably tossed the box so it would fit in the drawer and I remember this nice old black man in Walmart who gave me the best advice, before you buy a printer you gotta shop the ink! And ya know he was right it's the cheapest one, unless you can share ❣️ Now I hope I can find the kit I used to use 🤣 it's here cuz I'm on the 3rd floor and it is a pain taking more than the garbage down to the dumpster! 🙏🙏

If you peel the sticker off, it'll display an ink mark on the sponge. Magenta: top (singular) hole...Blue/Cyan: Right hole...Yellow: Left hole. Your question is valid! Why make a tutorial if you're not going to detail each step 🙄

Yes,After refill Press and hold the stop button for 5-15 seconds, and it can be removed after ink cartridge starts to move.and then it's work.

Will you please be more specific? You said you were refilling the blue ink. The syringe went in the top right hole. The sticker showed blue on the left. Also, as another reader pointed out: There are 4 holes, and 3 colors. Which holes are for what?

when you peel off the sticker you can see the color in the holes. It is a little tiny dot of each color

My ink cartridge was empty, yet every time I filled with only 2 ml of ink, the holes would overflow ink. Then the print head would drip ink. It seemed that all ink I put in would just drip out of print head. Why is this? Is the sponge not absorbing properly or damaged?

There is a limit on the number of times ink can be added to the cartridge.The sponge in the cartridge is no longer absorbing water.I can send you a new set of cartridges. How can I reach you?
