After refilling i did reset the toner. But my printer is still displaying Toner Low. Then i took out the cartridge and saw that printer has automatically rotated the reset / page-counter gear to toner low position. My printer was powered on when i refilled the cartridge, if that makes any difference.

Problem solved. I discovered that there's an option: Menu -> 1. General Setup -> 4. Replace Toner. I did it alongside resetting the gear.
