Thank you! Only video the showed clearly how the cap works. I was worried I over tightened it when I heard that click and could wiggle the cap after 😅

I sold my one at 100000km, it had 3 cylinder 1000cc engine, as you said no need to add coolant often, only when it requires. One time coolant and the next time water

Also clean your coolant reservoir wipe It down then wipe the grooves of the cap down with wd40 so it doesn’t get perm lock

Do we use distilled or deionised water water? Bit confused on which water to use for coolant purpose
@homeautos2 жыл бұрын
Both are just fine to use..

Noticed that product details indicate it is concentrated and requires dilution, did you dilute it and what ratio with distilled water ?
@homeautos3 жыл бұрын
The amount you need to mix with water depends on the temperatures to be expected in the winter season. For me as I am living in a tropical country mixing 45% coolant :55% water is fine ( So I usually top up once with water and the next time with the coolant) For cold regions mixing 50:50 or 55% coolant : 45% water is fine..

Hey there it's a very nice video! Why is it necessary to use DI water as you mentioned?
@homeautos3 жыл бұрын
Because normal tap water contains minerals and with the time being it leads to form corrosions in the coolant lines and the radiator :)

Yes you can. But make sure to use distilled water. Don’t use just drinking water or tap water..
