Before anyone asks me: yes, I know there's a plug if you take the end plate off. But if you've got that far, you'll know it's not a plug as we know it, Jim. That's why I've gone for a melt and pour approach with a reset. Easy peasy.

I Highly recommend the U Refill Toner company, they have saved me at least £1000 I guess as I've been buying refill toner from them since 1996 (Laserjet 4L, yes I had to use the original apple corer but is easier now with the new tool) until it died it 2014 and since then for my 2nd hand lexmark. Here today because Ive just got a Brother HL-L2340DW and relieved to see its also going to be the melt and pour refill method, which as you say, is just like refilling your car with petrol to keep driving.

Thank you. For L2360. Have tried your way as advised. But when setting up the machine, I have set to toner low menu to "continue" the printer continuously printing upto nearly 5000 pages now, without a stop. Question, Will it ever lock, and when? Can the word "Replace Toner" be removed from panel?

We don't think it will lock. But if it does, we'll hope to have a "hard" reset technique by then, that will operate by replacing and/or resetting the reset wheel (not currently available).

Here goes I am so frustrated right now. I had to take the back part of the printer apart to clear a paper jam. I had to remove a blue and a black plastic piece(s) that run across the back side and for the life of me I have no idea how to put this darn thing back together. I think I have the blue piece in right but the black piece is what I have no idea how to put that back in. I wish there was a video to show that part. I know how to replace the ink cartridge no problem PLEASE HELP

Hard for me to say. There's no HL-2320d for sale in the UK. If you mean TN-2320, then that's Brother's product code for the high capacity cartridge and yes, this video is valid for it
