The stories we live out in daily life shape our view of ourselves.
Our stories tell us about our character, about what we believe and what we think we are capable of accomplishing.
So as we step more and more into our skills as a narrator and storyteller, we naturally increase our awareness of ourselves as the main character in our stories. And this feedback loop has a great impact, because we begin to bring awareness into the present moment.
At first, it's often quite ego-centric: "How do I want to tell people I reacted in this moment...I want them to think I'm brave or compassionate or composed."
But then we begin to realize it is how WE would like to view ourselves.
Our stories give us the access to shape our chosen Identity.

| ABOUT REBECCA & INNER ARCHITECTURE |
Originally from Louisiana, I’m grateful to have lived in a number lovely places around the world before landing in Switzerland. After nearly ten years as an Interior Architect and Workplace Design Strategist, I realised that I was being drawn to spend more time with the people and less time with creating the physical spaces. In 2012, my curiosity sparked a journey of self-exploration that led to the founding of Inner Architecture - the playfully serious work of creating internal stability for external ease through mindset and inner-dialogue work.
I started creating these Inner Architecture Mini videos to document the learnings from my own experiences and learnings as I navigate and uncover new territory within the human mind. Every story I was sharing with clients seemed to bring some spark of insight, so I share them with the vision that these stories might inspire you. I’m incredibly grateful to do the work that I love every day, and I’m grateful to you for taking the time to connect and share in the learnings.
