most people don't understand that leaving baby powder in the hair overnight gives it the most time to absorb the oil. and I don't mean put it in and then rub it in and brush it out right away. I mean just apply the baby powder and then leave it be until the morning. You should wake up with fresh hair that doesn't have any white cast.

I have the same type of hair. It's called combination hair. First and foremost you should try using products from a natural brand. Before washing your hair, apply healthy oils like tea tree or coconut to soothe your scalp. Leave it for 30 minutes before washing. Use a strengthening shampoo on your hair (like anything with rosemary or lavander) and if your hair is extra greasy, shampoo twice because a clean scalp is a healthy scalp! Don't shampoo your ends only the scalp ok! After shampooing, use a moisturizing conditioner from your middle part down to your ends. Never EVER condition your scalp! This causes more grease on the top of your head and we want to balance that out! Also don't wash your hair everyday. I personally wash mine every 3-4 days to avoid taking up too much moisture especially from my ends. Never use warm water, only use cold water. Warm water takes out the moisture. Then when drying your hair stop using a normal towel, either use a microfibre or a tshirt. Be gentle and dont rub! When its slightly dry but a little bit damp apply again oils or serums (jojoba oil, sunflower oil, avocado oil etc) then gently detangle your hair dont yank it down and use a wide tooth comb or a detangling comb and let it air dry. Never ever use a brush on wet hair it damages it a lot!

people. she's going through some health issues that cause loss of body mass. she has talked about this in her videos too. Also, let's clear the misconception that being skinnier than normal is healthier than being fat. losing excessive mass or gaining excessive mass are both tough issues when they are a cause or a result of health problems. both come with their own challenges and can't be compared as which one is better.
