This video was superb. So well done Christy. And its perfect timing for me. Thank you! I am definitely experiencing the boredom, overwhelm and frustration you described. Now I feel better knowing what is wrong and what to do about it. I realize part the problem is it's just so cold, and I also want to comfortable, so I keep reaching for the same outfits. At least I finally parted with some scarves and plaids that used to work for me and recently just haven't felt right. I appreciate how you said to lovingly let them go. That really resonates with me! You're the best:)

Totally agree with your tip to help reduce decision fatigue. I retired from the corporate world in Oct/20 but for the past two years, I had been prepping my work outfits for the week on Sunday and hanging them in order on a couple hooks I'd added to the inside of my closet door. Was so helpful to make the morning rush easier, especially on the days where I needed be at the pool and in the water doing laps by 6:30am. Keep up the good work on your content!

I agree that trying out different styles (based on fashion images) is a good idea. It really establishes a better understanding of what a person does or does not like. Fashion and personality are determined by experimenting with colors, styles, fabrics, patterns, etc. It is quite fun to go on this journey of discovery.
