How to Register a Company in 2021

Today I wanted to show you the first steps of how to get your own business going.
All you need to is to go bizportal.gov.za/login.aspx and follow the above video.
Remember that registering a company is an official registration :) Please make sure you know what the responsibilities are.

After landing on the "registration lodged" page I've only received an email confirming my name reservation and my account has only been debited R50. The R125 for registration has not been debited. Is this normal or does it mean my application was not made?

Howzit bud, I went through the whole process, deposited R175 into my BizPortal prepaid account and printed out all my documents. 10 days later I received an email saying that the registration was rejected due to insufficient funds? I have lodged an inquiry without a response so far. To your knowledge, would I have been able to print out my MoI and whatnot without having completed the payment process? Thanks in advance.

Usually not. Also they wouldn't let you start the application with funds. I think.

hi please help me, I have manage to register a company without a name attached to it.on the other side my name reservation is being approved.so my company was successfully but the problem is that in the space of name of the interprise,they have placed an interprise number.so i want to change that enterprise number into a name reservation or being declared clear.
