But as a webmaster, I have already created many businesses in UK for my custumers and the Privacy package has always been my choice. Moreover, if you reside in Africa, it is better to opt for an LLC in the USA. Because with the LTD, you may have a problem with VAT and it becomes very complicated. Thank you.

I received a mail this morning confirming that my company cannot be incorporated because one of the people in the company is currently a resident of Nigeria and have deemed orders from this country to be of high risk due to weak anti-money laundering regulations and/or a high risk of terrorist financing. What do I do please? 😢

Hi Joy, 1st Formations said they no longer service Nigerians. According to their support. "Unfortunately, we are unable to form a company that is a resident of Nigeria. This is because this country is deemed to be of ‘high-risk’ with regards money laundering and/or terrorist financing. I apologise for any inconvenience caused." :) Do you have an alternative?
