I have got a couple of questions: if I incorporate my company but it's not active for various reasons, do I still have to file a tax return and pay taxes? When should I register with HMRC? When I incorporate my company by myself with Company house, when the website ask to myself WHEN WILL THE COMPANY START TRADING I have got 3 options can I click 3 options no plane for start... I could also click second options and choose a date, but if I Want change the date how can I Do?
