How to Register Call Center in Pakistan

How to Register Call Center with Pakistan Software Export Board .
Fill the online registration form, upload required documents (CNIC of all Directors / Shareholders / Partners / Proprietor) and submit for initial approval.
After getting initial PSEB approval, deposit requisite fee, upload payment receipt and submit for final approval.
Once the registration payment is verified it usually takes about 2-5 working days to process and issue the provisional letter (valid for 60 days).
The registration will be confirmed after physical verification and site inspection of call center premises by PSEB.
To complete the verification process, the applicant will be required to submit a request for physical verification of their premises and upload all applicable documents as mention below:
Required Documents
Business NTN.
Passport copy of Directors / Shareholders / Partners (for foreign nationals only).
Attested copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association (for SECP registered companies only).
Attested copy of Form 29 (for SECP registered companies only).
Attested copy of Incorporation certificate (for SECP registered companies only).
Attested copy of Partnership deed (for Partnership based firms).
Attested copy of Firm registration certificate (for registered firms)
Business Bank Statement of the preceding six months.
OR
Business Bank Account Letter/Certificate (In case of new account).

PSEB registration/renewal charges can now be made through online banking/mobile banking apps. If it is not possible to make online payments, you may pay through a pay order/demand draft as well. Please note that the receipt of online payments along with company name and contact details of the focal person must be emailed to [e-mail] to ensure timely processing of your PSEB registration application.

Payment Return Method
If Applicant do not want to continue PSEB registration, has to provide return request with proper justification before allotment of PSEB registration number. Payment will be returned through cross cheque after necessary approval of MD. PSEB will not return any amount if it is approved and processed prior to receive return request.

After getting initial PSEB approval, deposit requisite fee, upload payment receipt, surcharge (if any) and submit for final approval.

To track exports and domestic earnings of IT industry, attach copy of financial statement from audited accounts report or income tax returns for preceding year.

Call Center with expired registration will be charged a surcharge of Rs. 10,000/-
