Hello, Please I have a question and I hope that you can still give an answer. We just got this at our office. we want to make it in such a way that we can only access the door with cards, but also use fingerprint for attendance. That is, the fingerprint won't open the door but only record attendance on the system, while card opens the door. Now 25 cards were registered on the system and I have registered some on it to the cards + their fingerprint. is there a way I can delete a finger print from a user info?

Thanks for such a nice step by step instructions.. I have quite gained a lot...I didn't know you can use another card to register and use it. I have ZKTECO U280 .we use it fo Attendance only and i have only one card that came with the system. So was wondering where can i get extra cards in case i want to distribute to other colleagues. QN1.what specifications does the card must have to be recognized by the system..any Card?? Qn2.Does this system come with a special software for accessing it via web browser apart from the inbuilt software??

1. They mostly use RFID cards but you can verify from your manual whether your machine uses RFID Cards. You can always get extra ID cards to be assigned to each user. 2. You can download the software and purchase a user license. You can contact me by WhatsApp for details [phone]

Please I have an issue with mine. I used to be registered as an administrator and I recently deleted my profile inadvertently. Now when I press the M/ok button, I can't access the menu. How do I reset the system so the menu can appear?

Whenever you press the menu, it would require log in user and password. When you remember your credentials, you should enter the credentials. That credential will be recognised as the Administrator credential through which you can recreate the Admin account

The device comes with only one card, which is the green and black coloured one but you can buy extra cards. The extra cards are plain white on which you can print as ID cards for each User.
