Thanks dear for your support it means alot to me but 1.how can i upload two or more documents 2.how can i also upload documents after i completedthe steps and the last one how can i be sure my document is uploaded correctly

QUESTION 1: Where necessary, you can upload multiple documents especially for qualifications. Of course things like proof of identity will ask for only one document. However, I would suggest that uploading your highest qualification certificate will suffice. QUESTION 2: The thing is, you won't be able to go to the next step if you've not uploaded the required documents for the current step. If you are registering for Foundation in Accountancy, all you need is the proof of identity but as for the ACCA Qualification, you have to do it step by step. You will know if you've uploaded correctly because first, if it is too big, it will be rejected. Secondly, if the system has accepted it, it will give you a preview.

When I login into my portal, it says access denied Why?

If your account is up to date, that means your subscriptions are paid, then I have a couple of suggestions. (1) Could you please use another browser like Firefox or Opera for instance. (2) Restart your PC/Laptop/phone. (3) Reach out to ACCA through contact us where you selecting "myACCA - unable to access" from the dropdown menu, insert your registered email address, or include your ACCA ID, full name and date of birth to help us locate your account.
