Hello! First of all, thank you for the detailed video. I have a few important questions that I need clarification on. A friend of mine mentioned that his degrees are attested by MOFA Pakistan, but not by the Saudi Cultural Attaché or the Saudi Embassy. He also has an offer letter attested by the Chamber of Commerce. He graduated in 2020, and despite not having his degrees attested by the Saudi authorities, he was still able to register with the Saudi Engineering Council. This has left me confused about the requirement of having at least 5 years of experience after graduation, as my friend successfully registered after just 3 years. Can you please clarify whether the 5-year experience rule is mandatory, and whether degree attestation from the Saudi Cultural Attaché or Embassy is always required for registration? No issue you can take Iqama as Engineer profession for temporary basis for 1 year after 1 year you must be registered in SCE.

First of all your are doing a great job Second im an electronics engineer came here as supervisor(have job offer letter) but my position already filled and company only offered me a job as tecnician Only. will this cause any problem for SCE for my registration as engineer. Sevondly i have my attested degrees from my university higher education commision and foregin office. With that i am a registered engineer in my home country and have valid registration as engineer.Will it be enough for saudi engineeeing council registration or i have to vetify from saudi embassy and culture as well.

You can check your friend who is currently working in Saudi Arabia, take his mobile number to create an account bcz you can't use any other country mobile number to open an account for SCE.

Professional registration requirements: Obtain the necessary scientific qualification in one of the engineering disciplines (Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent) To sign on Authorization and Agreement. Provide necessary documents to complete the registration process (ID / No. border, passport, academic record). Pay the required membership fees. - Registration for those with less than five years of experience shall not be accepted, unless they are Saudi, Bedoon. You have to submit B.Tech certificate instead of M.Tech as per the requirement of SCE.

First of all you have to check SCE eligibility, if you are eligible then follow the below steps for all technicians. Note: Freelancers cannot register as they will not have an introduction letter or offer letter from a current employer, you can apply if you can arrange this. How to register as Technician (Diploma holder): Upload the following documents to the SCE profile that you have created: Attested diploma, both sides. Authorization Letter, Online from SCE website, fill out properly. Introduction letter from the current employer, attested by the Chamber of Commerce. Copy of Iqama/Entry visa page in the passport. No issues for the 2nd time, you can apply again after the apostille. But my suggestion is talk with HR to change your profession which no need to Saudi council and during this period you can apostille your certificate and apply for Saudi council.... After registration of Saudi council change again your profession as per your profession...
