Right now, I'm just putting up performances on KZbin (and I've been performing them on stage for a long time) - so my songs are out there (I also have some demos on SoundCloud). Does KZbin count only as performance, since I haven't formally released the songs yet? Some of my songs have been performed by other people, but no one has formally released them. Does that mean I can't register yet?

All of those countries should have PRO's. BMI and ASCAP are for United states citizen or resident. Your country PRO collects your royalties worldwide.
