Mitchell hooper is also an example like knees over toes, he has a hip and a leg longer than the other

Lol, I hope you like it! This is my first real foray into longer form unscripted content. I’ll continue to make more longer videos of this nature soon, especially because sone of the topics I want to cover are complex enough that short scripted videos are basically impossible.

@@darwinianfitness7311 I loved it brother Great reasonable points with great proof I really think you have a bright future, especially with this your first true youtube video and with it being unscripted.

100% agree with everything you've said. I have discovered this on my own. Through the magic of weed and stretching. It's such a great muscle relaxant and increases my pain tolerance that I've worked through multiple old injuries as a result. I've literally reshaped my spine and got rid of my hunchback using the same sort of rehab.
This is great for me to hear right now, I have a partial Achilles rupture and multiple upper body strains and I was considering taking a break from the gym. Now I am re-evaluating my exercises and seeing what I can do to get back into a healthy condition and rehab myself as soon as possible.

You might find my other video on movement styles to be a useful companion piece to this one. It’s often the case that a certain “handedness” of a lift is therapeutic for an injury, and another can aggravate it Using both I’ve been able to rehab every injury I’ve ever had and never had to take any serious time off. I wish you the same success!

This is based advice, I've been applying it to some weird scapula-thoracic-cervical pain and cracking from an injury I gained trying to save a trapped snowmobile a while back. It gets worse when I squeeze my scapula together and manifests from a variety of upper body exercises, but strangely, training upper chest and protraction, as well as elevation of scapula seems to cause temporary relief. Neck training has also seemed to have some benefits. Hopefully I'll be able to work this out!

I’m rooting for your success! I have more videos expanding this concept in the works, but in the meantime I think you’ll find it very useful to combine these principles with the the ones I share in my video on the two fundamental patterns of exercise. That should help you narrow down what lifts to train better than the more blind trial and error I recommend here. I also do free video consultations through my Instagram @darwinian_fitness. If you hit me up there Id be willing to help you figure out exactly what’s up over a free call and save you some guesswork Hope this helps!

Awesome video man. I'm a firm believer that proper training can remove your pain. I remember there was a period of time where I stopped working out my body felt terrible - lots of pains I didn't have before appearing and whatnot. Great channel. I found you the other day and am sure you're gonna blow up man.

Agreed, I've rehabbed every injury using these methods. Just overcame a psoas strain that led to a compensatory injury on the other side. Thought it was piriformis but it was actually TFL syndrome. Took a lot of time to widdle it down.

Glad to hear you got it resolved! hunkering down and deducing solutions using pain can be time consuming, but it’s the only way I really trust

How did you rehab it?
@SaturnReturns9 ай бұрын
@@sranradojcic4788 I used ATG exercises. Which is the bulk of my leg training nowadays since I work a physical job that requires me to be able to use my body. Can't afford to not have a bullet proofed hip girdle/knees.

I compete in kyokushin karate and I always heal the fastest from injury after tournaments out of anyone in my dojo Im also the only person I ever see after a fight immediately doing things like bodyweight leg extensions if the leg is injured from kicks or whatever else

You’re on another level bro! I’ve applied this method (to some degree) for a while now but I still can’t figure out this bursitis issue. Just keeps getting worse no matter what I do. I’m an ATG trainer as well so I’m fully aware of what you’re saying there. Have you had any experience with pre patellar bursitis in particular? I’m desperate! Much love brother.

My hunch would be a weakness in flexion style squatting. To get an idea of what that means you should reference my video on the two fundamental movement styles, and my vid on how to unlock deep squatting. I assume getting into that sort of squat style, whether that be in a conventional squat or a split squat, would create a bunch of crazy ripping stretches in your lower body that you’d find immediately therapeutic. I’ll gladly walk you through what I’m talking about for free over a video call if you DM me on Instagram @darwinian_fitness
