I loved the music in the background; made me think I’d found a Zentangle group in a local piano bar (I don’t have either one where I live :( ) and I enjoyed your slow and clear instruction. I am a CZT (33) and enjoy learning from other teachers. thanks for this space today! Did you say who the pattern deconstructor was? I didn’t hear it.

Hi Sandy, thank you for your sweet message, and I'm sorry for my delayed reply. I'm so glad that you liked it :-) It means a lot! I love jazz and piano music, and it's so relaxing to tangle while listening to it. This tangle 'Heartrope' was deconstructed by Bunny Wright. I love it! I'm a CZT (36), it's great to e-meet you :-)

It’s hard for me to draw the lines straight and at the same distance. Have to practise more I guess. Love this tangle!
@tatikapkan Жыл бұрын
Please try not to worry about this too much; just focus on each line and enjoy your tangling time :-) You will get better at it with practice.

"Next draw another line perpendicular to the first one... Your lines shouldn't be perfect or perpendicular." (Goes on to draw perfect, perpendicular lines.) Really though, this was a beautiful project and a soothing video.

😂 I did my best to explain the process.. It's not ideal for sure 😂 but thank you! Designers and architects wouldn’t agree with you though 😂 my lines are not perfect, but I get better at them with more practice 😉

You said keep going ,but how do you know when you are done?
@tatikapkan Жыл бұрын
Thank you for such a good question! I'm sorry for my delayed reply. Honestly, it's up to you, Debbie, when you want to stop tangling and feel like your artwork is done. Just trust yourself on that. The key here is to enjoy the tangling process and get your mind to relax. You can also take a break for a day or two, get back to your work later, and see if you want to tangle more to finish your work or not. I hope it makes sense :-) But let me know.
