Finally someone who has made a video with the answer!!! Q: What would you recommend when someone experiences tension in an area of the body as they are processing feelings?

Thank you! 😊 It took me years and years to find out the answers so wanted to share. I recommend working with the breath either through Breath Work or Yoga to help release the tension. Or try the emotion code technique to release the emotion quickly. I hope it works 💜

Hi Dear! First of all I‘m sorry if you went through something like that. I can recommend the „emotion code“ technique. It is very easy to do and very powerful. I have a video about it or you can read the book for the whole explanation (not sponsored, truly worked for me) Please let me know if it worked :)

I don't have any hard traumatic experience but i feel weird and hyper when i am being present. So i distract myself from reality It's been many years what should I do

Hi dear, thanks for your comment! I think it is kinda normal at the beginning but I recommend meditation. It has helped me calm the mind and be at peace in the present moment. It takes some time and practice but the feeling is wonderful when you reach that state!

How do I know what emotion is stored in my Colon area. Please can you advise how to release it. It's completely intense discomfort and feels like my whole digestive system has switched off. 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️😖😖😪

Hi! I would first go to a doctor to rule out any medical condition. If it is a trapped emotion I can recommend the emotion code technique for that, you ask your subconscious mind what emotion it is and release it. Hope it helps! 💜
