I've been watching these videos and giving myself masaages, and doing this has honestly helped me improve my relationship with myself, and literally, have self love. I have anxious habits of picking my face and skin and scratching my scalp, and of course this is related to many, deeper things, but! recently realizing how to give myself love has helped me to understand that my old habits could be considered, acts of self hatred. Thank you for your videos 😍

Many times a headache is caused by an increase in blood flow inside your head. If you don´t want to take in antiinflammatories, a slight compression in the carotid of one or both sides (depending if the pain is unilateral) helps ease the pain really good. I hope this massage does too.

I wonder why it feels different, when somebody does it compared to your own hands
@LordNifty6 жыл бұрын
My thoughts: 1. The attention factor; it feels good to get positive attention. 2. The body's awareness of itself - similar reason as why you can't tickle yourself.
@30SecondsToRini6 жыл бұрын
LordNifty Yeah, I am ticklish on my neck, when somebody tickles me. But I am so ticklish on my feet, that I can tickle myself, when touching them. 😅
