Presently 103 amendments hai. 103th amendment constitute hua tha 12/01/2019. . The act amends 15 and 16 of the constitution by adding a clause which allows States to make" special provisions for the advancement of any economically weaker section of citizens "

Ma'am can you please explain why land boundary agreement is not a constitutional amendment under article 368 ?......as when we are redrawing (settling land boundary) we will have to give some area to other country and we will also be including some of their area in our country.......are we giving area or not, if not how?

Land boundary agreement can be settled by a executive action (supreme court judgement) ...only when the boundary not demarcated clearly... And there is a ambiguity over the sovereignity of that areas... In that case ... It can be settled through executive without amending constitution... Otherwise if boundary dispute agreement involves cedeing of a territory which India has sovereignity over it.. it needs a constitutional amendment under art 368.
