don’t know a whole lot about tuning c7s but i am planning to get one do you need a unlocked pcm before you can tune?

This process seems to involve a "one size fits all" or "canned" tune that you would use on all C7s. What if we wanted a custom email tune for a car with a few bolt ons and the possibility to run 3 85 if we already had a flex fuel kit installed on the car. Are you guys able to do that? I checked the site and didn't really see anywhere for a custom tune.
