How to remove 2019 GMC TERRAIN front bumper

This is the same process for a 2021 if anyone was wondering. I just did this removal on my wife’s Terrain today. Don’t be scared to pull on the bumper once you get all of the screws/bolts out! It takes some effort. Thanks for the video sir!

Thank you thank you thank you. My boy slid on the ice and after making contact with the car in front of him a good amount of the driver side white (it’s a white car) part of the bumper was no longer connected. Couldn’t brute force it back in but once we removed 3/4 of the bumper we were able to put it back together in order starting from the left. Never could have done it without you showing us all the bolts. Thank you.

Would you show how to replace only a 2016 Terrain SLT front lower fascia A bad front-end tow dislodged and broke some securing elements.

you cant remove the lower bumper fascia without removing the whole bumper.. its not hard to remove that bumper

So if I needed to change out the lower grille on a 2024. I would need to do this to get the lower grille off? Or is there a way without taking this apart?

the two 7mm bolts are easier to get to from the top there black just look down by the fender

Replacing the grill is same thing as taking off the bumper so probably 2-3 hours and still depends how much the shop rate

Yes you have to ciz the bumper where inserted to the grill

Well once you remove your bumper it will expose 4 bolts 7 mil... but if your removing 1 headlight only you can just unlbot 1 side like in the video

Probably would cost you a lot if the shop will shoulder everything including parts and labor. But if your doing it yourself labor just buy the bumper and bring it to shop would cost you less
