Note one: The only useful part is the one about the potato. (Thanks for that.) Everything else is just fear of liability suits, so you get an extremely thorough coaching on handling electrical outlets and glass for absolute dummies. Note two: It is absolutely superfluous to peel the potato. Note three: I'm surprised the author didn't warn that you should not eat the potato after removing broken glass with it.
