I need to remove the device from another account, since i forgot what email was used. Why is there not such an option??? You make this impossible so i will buy another product from you so you can make more money

I had the same issue. Bought the camera at liquidation store with no return, but I cannot add the camera due to it was added by previous owner and I had no contact info. What a waste. Never buy camera with strictly rule like EZVIZ

You cannot. The owner of the account has to log in to EZVIZ app and delete the camera
