I'm using my dads phone right now and on my phone I stupidly put my age on google and it said I was to young and I would delete my account and I showed my how to "revive" it but it didn't work then it deleted it but it messed up my dad's phone my phone and my mom's tablet because it didn't let us use google,youtube or download anything my dad just changed it back to his account and everything worked except for downloading things it only let's you download curtain things.
