White vinegar will eliminate any rust stain on concrete or stone. You need to keep applying it over a period of several days depending how much rust there is. The rust stain will simply disappear due to the chemical reaction between the acid and the ferrous oxide.

Try using straight Iron Out and you'll be very surprised with the results. I've been pressure washing for about 45 years, and never had any call backs. Mix the Iron Out with enough water to make it sprayable thru a hand sprayer.

You have to acid wash the whole driveway for it to match now otherwise rust removal products leave it blotchy. The following products work. Oxalic acid, muriatic acid, F9 bark, iron out and a whole bunch of other stuff. Basically anything acidic.

Go heaver andleave it longer (4-8hrs with) the rustremover. I use Rust buster or for realy deap rust Hydrocholric Acid

Whats a ball valve? Are you simply saying the name of of the pvc pump coupling thing? And how is the water coming out like that pressure? Do you got a external pump and crazy high flow gph pump?

I would not have made that bid just to clean the one spot, the whole driveway needs to be cleaned after you clean that spot it left a spot that was clean and the rest of driveway with dirty the bid should include the whole driveway with the expectation that there will still be a stain left that will be a different color than the rest of the driveway, the only solution for this is to stay in the entire driveway and then still the spot will be a different color there is no easy solution that is what the homeowner should be told
