I have a problem with my HP Smart Tank 515 Printer. First it was missing the blue and black color, then I followed your guide to clean the pipes from air. The printer then worked well but only prints black color now. I also tried to clean the printhead with alcohol as per your other video, and I tried cleaning the printhead with the 6 seconds method but still printing with no colors at all now. I would really appreciate your help and guidance on what to do.

I did as suggested, its the same printer as yours. It was making sounds for some 25-30 minutes, and the air is still in the pipes. Should repeat it or is there another way to do it?

ink head is extremly dry, try to put it in semi hot water for 2 hours and then try

I tried T5, and T 10 sizes and they are small. Myabe it's T 15? Also, is it required to keep pressing the 2 buttons, and then plug the power cord. Becasue when I done the process, and left the printer with beep sounds for a while, it didn't resolve the missing colors. I have two missing colors, Blue and Yellow. Any other suggestion? Thanks

Helllo Bial, another problem related to Smart tank 515, I am trying to refill ink to the ink tank, but ink does not drain from the bottle to the tank. I successfully filled in the ink by doing the same action when I first used the printer when it was new (which is about 1.5 year from now). I can see and feel the bottle is probably insert to the mouth of the ink tankl, but enough happens. I even just buy a new bottle of HP ink, but still nothing happens. What could be the problem and how can I solve it? Please see if you could advice and help. Thank you very much.

may be the issue with ink carriage system, try to hard reset and try again. or install new firmware using computer.

What i did before was taking off the print head and soak the tip on hot water for 30 seconds.. it removed the clogged on the head. then using this method on the vid to infused the ink back to the printhead.
