Getting the hammer down was the bit I needed, it all slid right into place, I'm halfway through the video so far and didn't have to mess with the bolt.

@@FreedomFighterTactical The M4 ran great out there, no issues whatsoever. The JTS M12AK ran nearly perfect (finally) on gas setting 2 with only 1 FTE on the 5th round of the 5th mag when I broke it in some more with slugs and Modern Spartan Systems accuracy oil which I threw everywhere on the bolt aside from the barrel related stuff. It really did reduce friction, maybe even a bit too much.

I'll be ordering stuff from you soon, mainly stock related stuff and a 7round tube and whatever trigger stuff I need to swap to stay 922R.

Trigger housing install fix - You want to get some 2-3000 polishing paper just smooth out the inside walls of the receiver both sides where the trigger housing goes in , don`t go crazy just smooth it down . I have no problem removing or installing my trigger housing in one take , its still snug , just goes right in or out with one tug each time now . For what its worth thats it . w/ the Mesa Urbino Stock also .

nice - thanks - so many mods start out with this exercise - nice to have a clear concise (great production value) video

Well as I was following along, my trigger housing dropped right into place without removing the bolt. Not taking it back out until I get the trigger kit I ordered from you guys lol

Protip: during the trigger housing re-installation insert your punch into the hole on the receiver to help align the trigger housing with the trigger axle pin.

I haven't found that the trigger group can be installed "quickly and easily". All of mine tend to be a royal pain. Sometimes I get lucky and it goes right in, sometimes I have to fight with it.

Did the magazine tube install and when putting the trigger housing back in was an absolute bitch that was literally harder than anything else😂😂😂😂😂

So... I messed with compressing the bolt release while pushing in the trigger housing at the same time. Was able to get the housing lined up with the pin without removing the bolt.

I am strictly an owner operator! Anything else vastly exceeds my skill level. However, it is good to see the parts and how they mate together and how they work with other parts. Don't forget handling as there is little to be found on the topic. BTW: For me the m4 just seems to handle differently than others.

another great video. do you have a video on swapping out the factory trigger hosing for the Aluminum one? Lemme look at your play list.. Thanks again for these videos. Always been a Remington Shotgun guy, but really loving my M4!

Hello. Is the head of the pin that holds the trigger assembly with the receiver suppose to be flush? Mine is flush, but the moment I rack the bolt back and release it. That pin no longer stays flush. It slightly moves. And then I have to push it back flush with my thumb. Is this normal?

Can you please do a video on safety reversal for left handed users? Thank you.

unlikely. i can’t speak for lefties as i’m not one, and i’ve never in 15 years been asked anything like that for lefties, and my content has to be made for more people than just one. sorry about that - but perhaps someone who reads this could add some notes here or may even be a leftie and could do a video for you.

@@FreedomFighterTactical understood. I followed this video for a 1301 but can’t seem to find a single one for an M4 as popular as they are: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z5-ai6qhlq-XkNE

@@FreedomFighterTactical Thanks, which one is the one that was already installed on the shotgun in the video? Thanks

I think it's Titanium. However, I'm so busy I don't have time to watch and check. I have a video where I show the differences between all three tubes, as far as color goes. You should check it out.

🥱You don’t need tools to take the trigger housing apart. Tap the trigger housing pin with your knuckle or use the charging handle to push the housing pin out just a bit, hold down the “ bolt release button” and pull housing out. You don’t need to take the bolt out either, it looks like your after market stock makes it difficult to put the housing back in place, because with a benelli stock the housing glides right in place and this job is ment to take seconds to do. What people forget to do is hold down the bolt release button, or what you call the “Shell stop button”. 🙄🤔
@FreedomFighterTactical4 жыл бұрын
Part number 70056 is called a shell stop. The button on it is the shell stop button. I get that many owners will forget to depress the shell stop button so the clearance is made to get the trigger housing up into the receiver - as you saw in the video, that wasn’t the problem. Also, I wasn’t demonstrating a field strip, or yes, I’d have shown how to remove the axle bushing with the charging handle. And while the bolt need not be removed as you suggest, I was trying to demonstrate how quickly this could be removed and put back and to do it in one unedited take - as you saw I was a little bit hung up trying to nudge the trigger housing back, so rather than fight it or risk having to edit the video to edit out too much time trying to get the housing in with the bolt, I chose to show how quickly and easily it is to simply change course and do it a different way. Finally, if it was the aftermarket stock causing hang ups, as you suggest, simply removing the bolt wouldn’t solve it as magically as it did. Thank you for all of your comments, though.

I got my housing trigger re-installed when I did my collapsible stock install. Now when I hold the Benelli and point the barrel to the floor one of the argo rods rocks back in forth. Is that normal because I don't remember that happening before.
