Sir I'm trying to take the fan blower off my indoor cassette unit. I've removed the nut and the special washer but the fan blade won't come out from the shaft

Need to use WD40, BECAUSE the shaft is rusted & stuck. Tight the nut only top thread, then knock gently it will come down.
