Just an FYI. You cannot delete the restore points in Safe Mode. System Protection tab isn’t there. Also Malwarefox doesn’t run in safe mode.

This is likely cause it’s the 2019 os. Though it shows creating a restore point as an option when searching, the os can’t do it. Did you ever figure something out?

Deleting temp file won't cause any issues. However, if you delete the restore point, you won't be able to restore your system. Though, you can create a restore point once the malware is removed from your PC.

In safe mode the system protection tab dont show up. So i launched in normal mode and did the steps there. It all worked and didnt need to do more than the step untill internet. It was a trojan after all (i had 0 internet connection it displayed) thank you!!

I dont know why but my computer runs a lot slower when I connect my external hardrive Disk E:. And everytime I try and open my file explorer it crashes but when I disconnect my hard drive file explorer doesn't crash. Everything runs 10x slower when the hard drive is connected. Also when I get the file explorer to work I can't access my hard drive.
