Try going to the task manager find the apps running in the background stop the file you think is the malware from running from running then delete it. If that doesn't work get your PC checked professionally

im not dealing with low performance. im dealing with some weird things. lap top will shot off or restart for no reason. wifi will connect and disconnect. sometimes simply disappear all together. i tried the the offline scan but i am apperently in need of a key number that i don't know where to find .

Hi, so I downloaded an .exe and ran it fully by mistake because it had the name of the file I was looking for. I realized after that I screwed up but now their is a sketchy user added onto my pc that has special permissions and I feel has taken away some of my permissions. I may try these after I get home. My laptop got infected last night and it was my fault cause I tried to get some games from random sites that I don't use often, yet even with all obvious signs it's a malware before, while download and while installing. I ignore all that 😅 but then I had to shut it down and sleep to go to work and think of what I've done 😂👊 and think of solution

Hey man what I did was reset my pc with settings (Settings> reset PC> Reset and lose files>cloud reset) and itll work fine again but for the wifi you'll need to buy a new router
