That’s what I’m working on now. Can’t get it to budge. I’ve already soaked it with WD40 penetrating and it’s been sitting for a few days now. Need to look into that PB blaster stuff you mentioned.

I have found WD40 to be pretty useless for stuff like this. Some of the other stuff i have tried and worked well is 50/50 Transmission fluid and acetone.

Thx for sharing. Going trough 2 of them. Will use heat induction tool to try to save them.

One thing we have been working with lately is a mix of ATF / Acetone. Idk if it's making it go smooth or the last few i have bought for part outs have been in better shape.

@@TheATVHustle does that mixture work better than Kroil? Been working on my son's TRX450 for several days now and can't get the pivot bolt to budge at all.

You know they make a center punch for that air hammer right?

Why not put the bolt on the end and use the chisel hammer and drive the swing arm bolt out instead of jacking the end up cutting it off just to use a bolt to drive it out the rest the way anyway just saying save a step
