The Vid BG Remover only allows a video upload of up to 200MB for the background to be changed (if it does change since I couldn't try it as my video was more than 200MB). For videos more than 200MB, you'd have to get a paid subscription.

I tried the adobe after effects method and while it did work, it didn’t work well because I have long flowing hair and you can clearly see the original background through the edges of my hair. This will work better if you have short hair or if you have long hair, you have to pull it back.
