Another great video Ben, thank you! Question: Now that KZbin is asking creators if any AI elements are contained in videos, if you use an AI background, do you have to say yes? I'll add, had it not been for you, I would have never explored CapCut. I've found it has superior audio adjustments than FCPX. CapCut has caught Apple asleep at the wheel.

Nice video Ben. About a month ago I had the idea to replace a background but I use Davinci which doesn't have the AI for that (it does for skys though), so I installed Fooocus. It's easy to use but, and this is a big butt, it can be addictive!! My first foray I was mesmerized and didn't surface till 2 hours later and close to a hundred generated images. OMG, it took over my life for a week. First thing in the morning before breakfast, middle of the night after a pee, random times when I had a creative impulse about a prompt string. And the worst part is, I never got back to replacing a background, haha. Maybe tonight ...

Let's say, I shoot myself sitting as you did, and then shooting a video in an office with people working and walking all around from the same angle as for the main video of me, than to use the same process to create the impression that I'm actually in an office.

very difficult to do with complex long videos. If you move your main video up and put the background in the 'cover' timeline all the other overlays, effects get messed up. The main video needs to stay in 'cover' otherwise very difficult to edit. Its too bad there isnt an easier option without having to move the main video up to a secondary timeline.

I've noticed that the mobile and desktop editors seem to have different options. Or at least the UI is so different, it may seem hidden. Try both, but you may be right on it being a pro feature.

AI generated content is still in early stages compared to where it will be in 5-10 years. How it will likely impact the photography industry and professional photographers when AI generated photos look as real as an actual photo that took years of photo experience to shoot.

I'm guessing this doesn't work with the free version that I have. The AI generation only does cartoony stickers, not backgrounds. And the "Adjust" doesn't give aspect ratios but which style cartoony sticker you want.
