This worked well for me just now. I installed a car charger on my new car's windshield. I tried removing it to readjust it and it freaked me out that it wouldnt budge at all. I didnt know there was a very strong adhesive/glue on the suction cup. I didn't have to use goo gone btw but you're definitely my lifesaver. Thank you!

Wow it's amazing. One suggestion for people if thread is week use double or triple tread to remove this. It's definitely work.

Amazing that worked just make sure you take the canister of dental floss with you cuz it will take a few they keep breaking I doubled mine up it did the job because I tried prying and was afraid that I would scratch my windshield on my motorcycle but this worked took me about 4 minutes thank you so much

Great tip as I'm sure many people need to do this eventually. I would suggest buyingg some 3M double sided tape mount pad such as used for GoPro mounts.......Take care, Bluefin.

@@tomintheshop It sure is. Many dash cams use the 3M tape. GoPro taste is the same 3M tape. Ebay has it and probably Amazon too. Take care, Bluefin.
