I’ve just done a water change and I’ve only realised I’ve no dechlorinator for the water ? Is there anything I can do , does having a wave maker and filter reduce chlorine levels ?

so its 250grams of Sodium thiosulfate and half gallon of water to make a dechlorinator agent? and put it in aquarium for about 1ml/10 gal solution every water change?
