It takes some Patience to do this correctly and as Cleanly as possible! The Simpler the design, the Easier (Ie, Cubs “C” Logo, Pirates “P” Logo, NY Yankees). The more Intricate the design, the longer it will take. Trial and Error is the best way too learn how to do it. Removing threads 1 by 1 takes awhile (some hats have taken me 8-10 hrs!) but it’s pretty neat too put your own logo or patch overtop that New Era doesn’t make!

Custom logos you can usually find someone on Etsy who will do Custom Embroidered patches 👍🏻

It’s best if you do this FROM THE INSIDE OF THE HAT 🧢 if possible then you will have less chance of damaging the hat

The embroidery is only visible from the front. You would have to rip open the guts of the hat from the nylon inside of the crown. It’s not possible. Believe me. I’ve pulled the embroidery out of 30+ hats making my own custom hats. I’ve spent over 200+hrs meticulously working on some hats for 10+hrs at a time. It’s all about patience…

Depends on what kind of hat! I’m sure you could do it. Just takes time! A simple logo like LA Dodgers or Pittsburgh Pirates or One in the Video will take about 60mins or even Less. Something more complicated like an actual logo has taken me up too 12-15hrs doing it meticulously and cleanly as possible. Then, I Gorilla Fabric Glue a different team or logo in it. Then BOOM! You have your own custom hat in custom colors! I’ve made MLB/Milb hats and turned them into NHL/KHL/Soccer/Football/etc… hats. It’s a fun hobby for sure! I’ve done over 20+ Custom hats and have removed embroidery on 20+ more that I have ready too go for Custom Logos

It’s a Pittsburgh penguins hat not big a regular size 47 hat, I just don’t ruin it. I have a big head so the specific hat I have the company doesn’t sell them plan anymore.

@@j5649 all you need is a seam ripper from Amazon or the dollar store. And, then Gorilla Fabric Glue for your logo. All available on Amazon

Must take a long time to take it off it leaves a mark when u remove were the logo use to be that buggs me i kinda dont want that

Some logos are much easier than others. And, you’ll be covering it with a New Patch anyways. I ended up turning this into a AK Bars KHL hat with a patch that completely covers the stitching!
