Hi I have a significantly damaged front bumper body kit (cover) I was trying to wait until after winter to get a new one but when it has fallen half off and the bottom catches on snow due to a lowered vehicle, its time. I'm wondering if I have much more damage then I thought after watching your superb demonstration. My headlights are loose and the plastic latch that screws in above them on both sides are cracked in half. This also explains all my wiring issues and "dropped headlight" as my dash says. Thinking if I should file an insurance claim with a $500 deductible if these issues greatly exceed that amount to repair. Any opinions?

You didn’t disconnect the battery you always disconnect it you might activate a sensor

+Peaches Meeps There is a splash guard that is on the bottom of the bumper that isnt directly attached to the grille, it mounts on the bumper. The bumper itself is one unit and will contain the grille insert in the middle.
