Thanks for the video, I had the exact problem, ordered part online and fixed myself. not sure where you live but i paid $49 Canadian. still it would have cost probably $200 or more tot take to garage to get fixed. I just called and got quoted $130 for parts and 2 hours of labor for those problem, but with the chance of it costing $500. I don't know much about cars but your videos makes me feel like I could do this myself

Thanks for the video. My inside handle hasn't been working for a few months and now that it's winter it's a real pain to deal with climbing over the seat in my snow boots and coat to go out the other door. Will give this a shot. Opens good from the outside but inside handle is loose just like this one was--probably same issue

I hope you know that you can use lever above to unlock door. The one above the regular one that says unlock on it.
