Hi guys
We are a group of fun loving people who love to travel for food. We are basically from Bangalore in Karnataka and my native is Chennai in Tamil Nadu. We mostly keep travelling and explore the best restaurants and the best nonveg hotels around Bangalore and Chennai in Tamil Nadu.
Our Channel is mainly focused on food reviewing , cooking some wonderful recipes which were really good at restaurants and parenting skills with our experience.
Our channel is basically in Tamil and we can speak multiple languages .
We would love to travel through out India to explore new variety of food or dishes to learn there culture and there regional cuisine.

Nice to see bro. As you suggested, I've kept the room ventilated for exit of fermentation smell. Now its going well. Day by day the co2 gas release reducing. Now at day 5 of stage 1 fermentation. 👍

If you start degassing from day 1, then there would be very less gas dissolved in the wine at the end. We don't need to add extra oxygen after the primary stage has ended. Just siphon off and keep it for one more month. That way you get gem like clear wine without fizz.

I did with Morris Green banana with elachi flavour. Took 5 to 7 days too much of corbon di oxide gas. Wine Came out well bro 👌 ellam guruvoda training & asirvadham dhan 🙏🙌. Current a 2 kg grape wine & 5 kg musk melon wine processing. Take care ❤️🤗

Im brewing from may-2020 to present, learned from youtube videos name howtobreweverything because that time no tamil channel was not popular or less skilled. Till Date im drinking min. 30 litres per month with no side effects. My health observation: 1. No abdomen burning tomorrow morning 2. Easy Digestion 3. No hangover 4. Sexual performance enhanced 5. Gives me physical strength 6. Main: cost of product is yeast 40rs + sugar 80rs + grapes 200rs for 15 litres of wine. Enjoy

Sir correct me if I am wrong - after 21 days of primary fermentation, remove the grapes and air tight the bottle for 1 month, then do this with blender, then store it in an air tight bottle

No first 5 days is 1st fermentation then filtering and storing in an airtight bottle for 21 days then do the degasing and store in a bottle and consume
