How to remove Honda Pilot dashboard trim and gauge cluster

How to remove the dashboard trim to replace my broken speedometer on my 2016 Honda pilot. Touring, FWD.

**UPDATE
The dealership quoted me $325 to replace and program a used cluster. As luck would have it, our speedometer has begun working again. We returned the cluster to OEM used auto parts. We attempted an exchange but they made no effort to do so despite the website saying they would. Phone calls went unanswered.
Be sure and remove your cluster to find the correct part number sticker. I would have never thought the same car could have so many variations and be so important to certain features functioning.
To name a few part numbers:
78100-TG8-A210-M1
78100-TG7-A440-M1
78100-TG8-AE20-M1
78100-TG8-AC10-M1
78100-TG7-A540-M1

Hello. I need to replace the piece at 3:38 under the radio with the hazard/bag buttons. Can it be replaced by simply removing it with tool or does entire piece need to be removed? Great vid!

I would remove the trim before trying to pry out the hazard panel.

Maybe its the door that switches the vents might be closing had this happened to me with my 1999 ford explorer

Yeah that crossed my mind. But it really is something freezing up. The last time it happened, I was able to realize the air flow was decreasing before it completely stopped. I killed the AC and just let the fan blow and it cleared up very quickly.
