Excellent video, and thank you so much for making this. I bought this same bag (in the GM size) and it has a TON of ink stains on its fabric, cried when I saw them all. I am going to try this for sure; thank you so much!!!!

Ash! Thank you so much for this video! I’m currently looking at a LV Bag, Preloved, which has a celebrity signature on the Louis Vuitton canvas. I’ve been researching how to remove the permanent marker from the canvas and from what it looks this amodex product may work. I know this purchase is a huge risk but it’s at such a great price that I’m going to try it. This video you made couldn’t have come at a better time so thank you thank you thank you!

I've never really cleaned the Azur Canvas, but try a mild dish soap and distilled water.

Great video! Have you remove stain off Damier azur? I have a rust like stain. I haven’t tried anything on the canvas yet but have you any experience on this canvas?

Thanks for the question. I would definitely try with Amodex and see if it helps with the rust. As for the canvas, it's a very delicate material, which I only wipe with distilled water. The amodex product says it can help with canvas material, so I think it's ok to try to use this product.

is the product safe for colored like neverfull red interior material?

I showed a demonstration in the video, where I lifted the pocket and tested out the lining with some water. This is called testing for "colorfast" at 4:28 of this video. If your towel appears red after wiping a wet towel on the lining, then the lining is not colorfast and you should not use this product. I hope this clarifies your quesiton.

That's why it's recommend you do a colorfast test. You take some distilled water on a towel and wipe your lining. If the color of your lining does not transfer onto the towel and if the lining dries up back to normal, then it's colorfast. If you notice any color transfer, then you should not use this product.

Hi Ash! I have a small pen mark on the vachetta handle. Would this work on untreated leather?

Hi Mellie, I saw your question and wanted to answer it for you immediately. DO NOT USE IT ON VACHETTA LEATHER. I never showed it but I did try to use it to remove a pen mark on this type of leather and it actually darkened the leather. I later used it on my Alma BB, again the leather got dark and stain was not removed. I hope this helps.

@@ashxlreviews Thank you so much for the quick response! I research and people had luck with rubbing alcohol. 😅 I'm too chicken to try. I did lightly try with the pentel white eraser and a smaller part did come off but to scared to rub any harder. Have you had success with removing pen marks off vachetta leather with any products? BTW thank you for the tutorials about to deep clean my preloved LV bag.

I'm not sure if you're referring to the exterior or interior of their bags. I see that they use faux leather on the exterior: not sure if it'll work. But the interior has a cotton/polyester material: which I think will work.
