How to Remove & Install Steering Wheel in VW PASSAT B5.5!

In today's video I take out my steering wheel and shift knob to get them reupholstered. A simple mod that completely changed the feel of the car!
This video will show you how to remove the airbag and steering wheel in a Volkswagen Passat B5.5, and how to install them again.
This tutorial also applies to other VW's from the same era such as :
VW Golf 4
VW Jetta
VW Sharan
and others!

Thanks for the video. I bought this steering wheel for my Škoda Octavia. Leather is still good. Also bought a new gear cover. Škoda had an original leather cover in their shop. I agree it looks 100 times better. Now need to get the steering wheel working with the ŠkodaAuto DX radio. A.k.a. The VW RNS DX. Greetings from the Netherlands.

ba. esti un om minunat. dar ma enerveaza faptul ca nu ai o camera care sa iti permita sa lucrezi cu ambele maini si practic din cauza asta omiti sa pui in video fix ce e mai important (adica fix cum sa faci ce spui sa faci). vrei sa iti iau eu una? sunt din Bucuresti
