Do you tighten the three bolts all the way down hand tighten then torque to spec or does it sit a little off the basket

I could not find the torq specs for those bolts. I hand tightened them all by feel. Wiggle it right and left a bit should fall into place. Pause the video when i have everything back together, should look like that.

I need to replace the plates on my 1290, if I cannot lean it on it's side do I have to drain the oil?
