We tried to contact the shopper who left 1 star rating on our listing just like the way you mentioned but he is not responding back. Infact he has already taken the replacement but he is not replying back to us. We are trying to contact him again but no response. Wat should we do now 😢

Unfortunately, you can't force someone to reply. You can only do your best by reaching out.

@ yeah you are right. Can we still report that particular review to Amazon ? Since it was not based on product performance. His item got damaged in the transit while fba shipping hence reached him in this condition. But he blamed us we sent him used item 😢.

I have tried everything even calling them . Send dozens of emails. They always come with some AI reply. Is there a way to reset the listing at this point because my listing is not even making any sale's now

You can create a new listing using a new UPC barcode and relabel all of your inventory.

You’re completely misinformed. Amazon absolutely does remove reviews that violate their policy. I implore you to find a review that violates their policy.
