He clearly doesn't know much about pressure washers. Always hold the wand away and start the motor with the trigger pulled and no tip on it. Get out all air bubbles or the wet seals will burn up in the pump. Then put your tip on. When you are ready to turn off the pressure washer. Turn down the throttle until motor goes to low idle. Remove tip from wand. Squeeze trigger, then turn off motor. If not the system will back pressure and your pressure washer will never start again. I have 20+ years in remodeling old houses. So there is some free old school knowledge.

Ok now remove real stains that are older than 10 minutes old. Half those stains came up with light passes with the brush.

I got my parking space pretty clean by using Easy-Off oven cleaner and a wire bristle brush. It worked really well.

HK- [THE MESSIAH IS COMING] thank you so much!!! Had an old yellow can of Easy Off and a small steel bristle brush and it worked like a charm!!! I had tried the soda trick, oxiclean, purple stuff and none of it worked! I cleaned the entire stain and rinsed it off, this was an old stain so I think that with 1 more application of oven clean it should be completely gone. Again thank you for the tip!

@@mariasanchez6126 how long did you have the Easy Off on before wire brushing. I left mine on for a few days and now it won't come off even with rotary wire brush on a power too. It's amazing how it's stuck to the concrete floor.

Dear Lowe,s I am curious? Like most people I use your shopping cart as a shopping list. It helps me to organize myself and enables me to have my list ready when I go shopping. I live more than an hour from my nearest Lowe's. I keep getting email from Lowe's telling me to not loose my items in my cart? This seems to be a pressure tactic to get me to order. I am building a new house and just got started on windows and doors as you can see in my cart. I thought about forwarding all Lowe's emails to spam but I could miss all communications on the Lowe's credit card account or any specials. What a funny video. I wash houses and clean driveways and if this was how it's done, I wouldn't have a business. For a homeowner, you can use a small pressure washer, but use a surface cleaner attachment. They sell them on Amazon, Lowes and Home Depot for under $100 and work very well for small machines like this and will cover better than 12 inches in a pass. Pretreating with soap is good, but you should also post-treat. I use my normal house wash mix and leave it for the next rain shower to rinse. That way you will kill any remaining mold or organic material that was missed with the surface cleaner. The house wash mix is 1 gallon of pool shock (10% bleach) from Home Depot (I buy the 12.5% 100 gallons at a time in bulk), 4 gallons of water, 5 oz of dish soap mixed in a 5 gallon bucket and then use the soap tip and siphon on your machine to spray the driveway.

@@dainguyen3984 You can't use soap on high pressure. If you use a two story tip (pink soap tip), it will shoot to the top of a second story house using a 3.5 - 4 gpm machine. You can buy them at Lowes or off Amazon.

Best and easiest thing I've used on grease spots on a concrete driveway... Gasoline..! No scrubbing, just pour a little on to cover the area, it's worked for me every time..!

@@AK-47ISTHEWAY Depends where you live but I assume you can just put the gasoline over the stain and just try to scrub the gasoline using something more eco friendly or even water might work to get the surface gasoline off but at least you don't have an ugly oil stain

@@Dineskii hook the pressure washer to water source and then while it’s shut off still squeeze the trigger of the gun and then once you see a constant flow of water ( takes about 30 seconds to a minute) then fire the pressure washer up and your on your way!

I recently had new siding installed but kept the old gutters and small areas surrounding my house that weren't replaced so they looked horrible and dirty because of the new siding. I needed to get it cleaned asap. When I used the pressure washer, man it just melted all the dirt and grime that was on those areas of my house. I used that krud kutter soap and it was over after that. Easy to assemble, feels durable, very simple to use. Also, I purchased a used one to save money and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I want to get more use out of it so I think I'll be washing the cars and update this comment as time goes on.

It's funny how he treats a pressure washer like it is going to cut off a limb or something. A pressure washer definitely hurts if you get too close, but you do not need to be so paranoid over it, stop trying to make people think a pressure washer is some dangerous object. I've only used mine with shorts and most times bare foot since I don't want to get my shoes wet. You don't need any eye protection either... all that will do is make you look like a moron in front of neighbors.

The way he’s doing it is way too hard!! Buy the rotary disk that attaches to the wand, it’s worth it’s weight in gold!! Eliminates streaking and it’s much faster! Surprised that Lowe’s didn’t try to up-sell this attachment piece in this video because they sell it and it runs close to a $50-100.
