@@baldeaglegarage Getting the shift points and the lockup dialed in takes a lot of tries. Since you have a manual you don't have this problem lol.

Do you need to get it programmed if I was told I need a new one? Or is the new one good to go inside and drive?

That's a great question. I would say yes, each pcm should be specific to application, engine, trans, cooling fans, vats, and other options your car might have. That would be a question for who you buy it from. Maybe they include base tune?

Sorry, just saw this. Intense-racing has cores so you can swap until you like what you get.

I got to take one out of my 99 Camaro. The natural safety switch went bad and I pushed the car off and kicked started it and the security light is on and the pcm is locked up.

Getting that computer out is a pain in the ass. Mail in tunes are hit or miss even for bolt on cars. They had my fuel trims all messed up.

Oh that sucks! What mods are on your car? Since mine is stock, and my main concern was gearing, I figured I'd be ok.
