I would have tried to force all the roots into the new pot. It was good to learn that it is sufficient to make sure some roots are in the pot and some can remain in the air. It being the best practice not to force it. Also what is the advantage of removing the keiki by hand rather than cutting it with a tool from the mother plant?

Thank you for watching. The advantage is that if I use a cutting tool I might open an wound, if the keiki comes up manually I can avoid Infections. I hope it is helpful 😊
