So I wanna buy a BBK Raptor EDC Foundry model. It has a pvd coated clip and pivot collars. I can take the pvd off with Whinks?

yessir, should be nice and easy to remove just be careful of threads on the pivot

Yes, I actually started way back on a Production Bodega (had a PVD coated blade and bronze ti handle). I polished the entire build, then had a guy cerakote part of it Red, but I watch a video someone recorded of Todd Bedd polishing a Custom Copper Handled Field Marshall (it was only a 3min video Lol) and have been hooked ever since!

@@THEFULLERFANATIC I love copper scales lol I like heavier knives than most. I was looking at pebble blasted blade finish online last night & I really dig that. There's so many different things to do with them... It can get to be overwhelming. Hell I always feel overwhelmed lol! I have a buddy lives close to me & I got him curious to making them, plus he works at an aluminum foundry, he bought a small forge & started messing around. Mostly fixed blades, easier, plus using anything scrap he could find. He's done pretty decent. I just wish he'd get serious about it & let me help design, purchase materials & find collaborators. I had started off selling at gun shows & now I'm so broke after this plandemic, I can't afford a Civivi lol!! I just miss telling folks about them, showing them & the type of folks at the gun shows are just my type of people. I have no desire to do videos, but I'm good a photography! And customer service! 😁 I'm not much of a salesman, I like helping people find the right tool for the right job & know they're happy! 😁 Thanks for answering & for your time! Take care! ⚔️🛡️
